How quickly can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during our business hours.
How long is the processing period?
Our processing time is 2–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary but are typically 3–4 business days after the order has been processed. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at hello@knotsandnook.com with your name and order number. While we’ll do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
WHAT ITEMS CAN'T RETURNED?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@knotsandnook.com. We will review your return request and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I Exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@knotsandnook.com. Cancellation requests are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
